SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Samuel Hall Scholarship

Requirements

  1. All applicants for this scholarship must be high school seniors with a 2.5 or higher GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
  2. The applicant must reside in Iredell County, North Carolina unless the applicant has an ancestor or ancestors who lived on the Hall plantation. These descendants may apply if they reside anywhere in the United States.
  3. Applications must comply with the Application Instructions below.
  4. Applications must be uploaded no later than March 22, 2026.
  5. These scholarships will only be awarded to applicants for attendance at accredited schools.
  6. Scholarship awardees must agree to allow their photos to appear on this website and in literature describing this non-profit scholarship program.

Note: The Samuel Hall Executive Board reserves the right to make final decisions concerning the award of scholarships and related matters.

Scholarship Details:
For 2026 school year, four $2,500 scholarships will be awarded.
